WE should have an area where the members can post their referral link.
The link will be posted such that in a topic the links will be for a single site only.
The member who starts the topic will post his link and then the next one can post in that thread only if he has signed up under him. Thus the first one is surely getting a referral. Similarly the followers will post their link once they have joined under the person above them.

I don't think this will work...this forum is mainly for exchanges. If a downline builder is added then no one will be willing to exchange
